How do I pay my bill?

The most common form of billing is “Direct Coupon Billing” in which the carrier will mail you a bill directly to your mailing address. Some carriers do allow (Automatic Withdrawal) directly from your bank account in which your approval and signature will be required. Fairbanks Insurance Brokers can assist you in setting up this form of billing by contacting a client service specialist here.

What form of payments do you accept?

Fairbanks Insurance Brokers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks (check by phone is unavailable) Money Order, Paypal and Fairbanks Insurance Brokers gift certificates available through our client services dept.

I received a notice of Cancellation,Can I make the payment over the phone through the Agency instead of the Finance Company?

Absolutely. Fairbanks Insurance Brokers is available to accept payments at no extra charge during business hours Monday-Friday (9AM – 6PM) and Saturday (Noon – 3PM)

I have recently moved,how do I update my policy information and mailing address?

You can update your mailing address,DBA,policy information,billing information and many other things by completing the Information Update Form located under the Update Info “drop down” tab found below the (Support Menu) tab at the top of the company website.

I now longer have employees,how do I file Exempt with the Contractors State License Board?

You don’t have to do anything. We will do it for you!
Just download the “Exemption From Workers Comp Form” here, fill it out , email it to us and we’ll submit it to the CSLB electronically for you.

How long does it take to get a Certificate of Insurance?

Our policy has always been in “You will receive a Certificate of Insurance within one business day.” But that NEVER seems to be the case! You will usually receive a Certificate of Insurance within a couple minutes from the second we have received it. We highly recommend using the Certificate Request Form located below the (Support) tab located in the menu bar.

How long does it take to get my Insurance Binder? (Certificate of Insurance)

Depending on the time of the day and the carrier who is issuing the policy, Binders are normally issued within the same business day. Some Workers Comp Policies may take up to two business days at the max.
